WJ-4 Underground LHD Makes Its Debut at Mining World Russia 2024 in Moscow

Powerful loading, efficient ore hauling. On April 23, Mining World Russia 2024 grandly opened at the Crocus International Exhibition Center in Moscow, where we presented the WJ-4 Underground LHD at Booth D7063.

The WJ-4 featured at this exhibition is a trackless loading and hauling machine specially designed and manufactured for underground mines, used for underground ore loading, hauling, and transfer. The equipment is equipped with imported power and transmission systems, paired with a four-wheel-drive articulated chassis, combining strong loading capability, flexible maneuverability, and adaptability to harsh underground working conditions, supporting efficient ore hauling and production in mines.

1.Abundant power, efficient loading

Equipped with an imported water-cooled low-emission engine matched with a Dana hydraulic transmission system, delivering high output torque and strong breakout force, fast loading cycles, and featuring an exhaust purification device to improve ore hauling efficiency and reduce underground exhaust pollution.

2.Articulated chassis, strong maneuverability

Four-wheel-drive central articulated chassis with a rear-axle oscillating structure, small turning radius, good grip on uneven roadways, and flexible passage through narrow roadways.

3.Heavy-duty body, reliable and durable

The whole machine adopts a high-strength heavy-duty frame paired with high-quality core hydraulic components, reducing component wear and handling long-term heavy-duty underground operations.

4. Safe, reliable and easy to maintain

Wet multi-disc spring hydraulic braking system; enclosed cab with heating and air conditioning, equipped with automatic + manual fire extinguishing devices, and clearly laid-out maintenance points for convenient daily servicing.
